Visitor Weekends in March and April

The dates for the weekends are 13–15 March and 24–26 April 2009. Take a look at the program ideas at the end of this article.

Information and Application

If you need more information or want to come to the Visitor Weekend, please contact Susanne Hansen at sussieyipse.

You do not need to fill in any application form to attend a Visitor Weekend, but we ask you to tell us that you planning to come by e-mailing Susanne Hansen at the above address. You are not expected to have submitted or filled in an application form for the YIP Year when coming for a Visitor Weekend.

Food and Accommodation

Except from the Friday dinner, YIP will not provide food. There are plenty of eating opportunities close to the YIP campus.

YIP will provide group accommodation for all participants of the Visitor Weekends. Please bring a sleeping bag.

Program

The program is not yet clear, but these are some ideas we are working on for the days:

Friday – Arrival in the afternoon. Dinner at Robygge with the current YIP participants.

Saturday – Gathering to hear more about YIP. Tour around the Seminar and chat with the current YIP Participants.

Sunday – More open and free than the other days. Maybe a trip to Stockholm, or a tour of Järna.
