With time to reflect individually during the initiative week, we came together again to talk about 360°. And now that we have the basic framework for the conference, the conversation opens up again about what we can do to make this week truly unique in experience.

Experiencing what community is really about

We're currently exploring new ideas, schedules and so forth. Today, one of us came to the amazing realization that through organizing this conference, through the discussions and joint efforts, through the conflict and healing conversations, we are ourselves experiencing exactly that what community is all about.

In awaiting the outcome of the last week, we've got two small updates for you below. And in the meantime we want you to know that the organization of this event is as much a gift to us as we hope the conference will be to you.
