To access the Application Form, you must first register a user account here at YIP.se. Click here to register now!

As a registered user you can save your Application Form, return to it, and change it as many times as you wish. After logging in you can revisit your Application form by going to "My Page" -> "Application Form" or by visiting this page again.

After confirming your user account by clicking a link in an e-mail (check your junk mail folder if you don't see it), you will be redirected to the log in page.
