The YIP is organized by an international group of young people who have committed themselves to take YIP into the future and be the facilitators for the program.

The Organizing Team is be responsible for financing, organizing, facilitating and mentoring the program and its participants. They will not be teaching. Most teachers will be brought in from around the world, ensuring up-to-date and high quality content.

All team-members are trained mentors and have considerable experience in organizing and managing initiatives. They have been part of YIP since the beginning, and have been instrumental in bringing the initiative into existence.
